Yehudah Glick dives into the emotions of King David in Psalms 6, when he begs the Lord to answer him.
The psalmist reasons, “Because I am broken”. At a more advanced stage, the request is to, “cure him of his distress”, and because “my limbs are dismayed”.
Yet, the prayers are still not responded. Yehudah Glick explains how King David changes tactics and asks God to save him, not because of his plight but for the sake of the Lord. So that he can tell of his grace. If, God forbid, he is not saved, no one remains to thank Him. But to his astonishment, this method also does not work, and his prayer is still not answered.
Through the 6th chapter of Psalms, Yehudah Glick of Shalom Jerusalem Foundation, explains, that when all method of prayers fail to bring an answer from God, there is one more way to reach the highest and deepest plea to God, more than any other prayer method. This is what King David did in Psalms 6.
What method would that be? Watch this episode of the Temple Mount Torah Study.
