The prophet Joel taught us that in times of unprecedented universal challenges, the People are to blow the shofar on Zion, the Temple Mount. Today we are facing an unprecedented worldwide pandemic, that has brought on economic and social crisis.

Therefore, the Shalom Jerusalem Foundation has submitted a request to blow the shofar on the Temple Mount during this month of Elul and on the Jewish new year holiday Rosh Hashanah. Unfortunately the Chief of Jerusalem Police turned down our request and denied our basic right to pray to the Lord on Temple Mount.

We ask that from all over the world you join our petition demanding:

Let the Shofar Blow on Zion!

Let us pray to the Lord as He has instructed us.
